ROSEMARY, TOASTED PUMPKIN SEED & POLENTA SOURDOUGH:
The polenta “soaker” in this perfect-for-the-fall sourdough lends the loaf a spongy texture. This recipe, derived from Chad Robinson’s seminal cookbook Tartine (2010), pairs well with apple or pumpkin butter.

CRANBERRY, TOASTED WALNUT & ORANGE ZEST SOURDOUGH:
The classic cranberry & walnut loaf! We add a little orange zest to ours. Just to brighten it a little bit.

CHOCOLATE, TOASTED HAZELNUT & CHERRY SOURDOUGH:
The hazelnuts, cherries, and sourdough starter create quite a tangy, nutty flavor profile, but we balance that out a bit with, well, lots of chocolate, but also by soaking the cherries in a sweet red wine mixture before incorporating them in the dough. We also “marble” this dough (i.e., layering a white dough over the chocolate one) to ensure that it’s neither stodgy nor bitter. A fluffy delight!

“The Weldon:” PECAN PRALINE SOURDOUGH COOKIES:
This is a sourdough homage to the beloved Texas confectionary, the pecan praline. Crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside, and chock full of buttered pecans and praline bits.
