CHOCOLATE, TOASTED HAZELNUT & CHERRY SOURDOUGH:
The hazelnuts, cherries, and sourdough starter create quite a tangy, nutty flavor profile, but we balance that out a bit with, well, lots of chocolate, but also by soaking the cherries in a sweet red wine mixture before incorporating them in the dough. We also “marble” this dough (i.e., layering a white dough over the chocolate one) to ensure that it’s neither stodgy nor bitter. A fluffy delight!

SOURDOUGH CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES:
Grown-up chocolate chip cookies! We add a little bit of sourdough starter to add a hint of tangy flavor and then top them with sea salt to round out the richness of the chocolate.

The hints of cinnamon and cayenne pepper in this chocolatey and chewy cookie will do a delightful dance on the back of your palette. The sourdough starter adds more depth of flavor.
