ORANGE CHOCOLATE SOURDOUGH:
This decadent, fluffy, moist, super-rich chocolate and toasted coconut sourdough is simply divine! The secret in avoiding a too-stodgy or too-bitter result lies in the marbling of a white dough with a chocolate one, and then seriously upping the water content; this dough is 91% hydration!

Grown-up chocolate chip cookies! We add a little bit of sourdough starter to add a hint of tangy flavor and then top them with sea salt to round out the richness of the chocolate.
